Celebrating My 3 Year Blogiversary! (+ All Your Writing Questions Answered!!!)

IT’S BEEN 3 YEARS SINCE WILD WRITING DREAMS WAS BORN.

Let’s get this party starrrrtteeeeeddd!

*slams spoon against glass and everyone screams because their ears hurt* “AaaaaaaHHHHHEMMmmm,” I clear my throat. “I’m about to say a few words about Wild Writing Dreams.”

Nah I’m just kidding, I’ll spare all your ears this time ’cause a speech is boring.

What I’m REALLY doing today is saying, HI, I’M ALIVE.

Did I spend more than “a few weeks” away from this blog? Yes, yes I did.

Am I officially back from my break? Weeeelllll, not exactly. But more on that later! Because I’M CELEBRATING MY 3 YEAR BLOGIVERSARY!

Today I didn’t want to JUST post about my blogiversary, though. I also wanted to address why I’ve been taking so long to come back to blogging.

*dramatic music starts playing and I clear my throat and with tears in my eyes I give that speech I really was not supposed to give* Today isn’t just about celebrating three whole years on Wild Writing Dreams *cue dramatic sniff from me with violins playing in the background* It’s also a day marking a half-way point for me as a writer this year. And at this halfway point….IIIiiiii don’t have much inspiration. *music screeches to a halt*

Sooo I’m coming back here on the blog today to ask for some help from YOU. And it’s going to be awesome for you as well.

I find that the one thing that inspires me the most when blogging is the fact that I can help you guys! And my favorite way to do that is, obviously, through writing advice. So I’m here today to ask if you can help me out by answering one question for me:

What do I mean about “not exactly” being back from my elongated break? I mean that I still need some more time to flesh out the posts I have, plus I really want to spend a lot of time delving into your guys’s questions. 

When will I come back, you might ask?

Maybe beginning of September. And if not, for sure in October. (In which case, I would probably publish at least ONE post in September, ’cause how can I not!)

*Also, if any of you noticed I took down some pages from my blog *cue everyone just noticing right now* it’s ’cause I had some people stealing some of my stuff and putting it on Pinterest. So I sadly had to shut down my “About My Book” page. The other one I just sorta deleted along with it…In any case, I’m hoping to open up another “About My Book” page sometime in the near future!
